Our organization’s mission is to empower the next generation of diverse leaders through professional development workshops, company tours, social events, and community outreaches. LBSA supports over 90 members on their journey to professional development and helps ease the approaching transition into the corporate world.

 

Events like our local fundraisers, corporate sponsorships, and internal scholarships help raise funds for our members many whom are first-generation college students. Your support helps give our hardworking members access to opportunities available upon graduation. In return, LBSA is able to offer advertisement to corporations on a variety of levels. This year we have created four levels of corporate sponsorship. Each level will have increasing amounts of exposure and free advertisement included as part of the sponsorship package.
